Biography

I am Gowtham Sridhar, a Junior Scientist at AIT - Center for Technology Experience in Vienna. My work centers on Human-Computer Interaction and applied AI, with a focus on designing intelligent interfaces that are useful, usable, and responsible.

I build end-to-end AI interaction systems using LLM inferencing, computer vision, and human-centered design methods. I translate research into practical prototypes that improve decision making, reduce friction, and support real users in complex workflows.

My current focus is creating trustworthy AI experiences where model capability and interface clarity are designed together, so advanced systems feel understandable, controllable, and effective in everyday use.

AIT - Center for Technology Experience

Vienna, Austria

Designing and developing human-centered AI experiences, including WISPER, an AI-powered language-support experience for young children with natural, adaptive, and age-appropriate voice interactions. Architecting multi-agent workflows with LangGraph, n8n, and Model Context Protocol (MCP), connecting self-hosted LLMs to tools and services for autonomous and human-in-the-loop tasks. Developing multimodal AI agents that combine vision, Llama-based models, Whisper Large V3 speech recognition, and neural text-to-speech. Designing and deploying privacy-sensitive, data-resident AI infrastructure with vLLM, Ollama, SearXNG, and Docker/Podman, while optimizing model deployment, LLM inference, and GPU infrastructure for interactive applications and internal AI services.
